The patient portal is the easiest way to stay connected to your care at Seva Medical. From your computer or mobile device, you can view important health information such as visit summaries, medications, lab results, and available medical records.

Logging in with Healow:

  • Go to the Healow login page and sign in from your computer or phone.

  • When prompted, enter Seva Medical’s practice code each time you log in: JAJBDD.
